Information: The goal of this
program is to foster and support the integration of geographic information system
(GIS) mapping applications in public schools. Grants totaling over $6,750,000
for software, training, and other materials will be awarded. The primary focus
of the grant program is the use GIS analysis for: Transportation, Enrollment
projections, and School mapping.
